We are observing the development of the information obligation under Section 33 very closely. As soon as the candidate list was published on 28 October 2008 we contacted our suppliers in order to obtain the information required. As far as Kärcher cleaning agents are concerned, we can already confirm today that they do not contain any substances on the candidate list dated 28 October 2008.
